"When it's too tough for everyone else, it's just right for me"- Wendell Scott
The Wendell Scott Foundation is a national non-profit organization that was established to honor the legacy and achievements of Wendell Scott - the first African-American race car driver to win NASCAR's highest level, the Grand National. The foundation is dedicated to providing support and services to at-risk youth ages 8 through 18.
With a focus on facilitating educational development, the foundation leverages cultural activities, STEM-based programs, and mentorship initiatives to empower youth from underserved communities. Moreover, the foundation has recently joined forces with GMS Racing's latest driver, Rajah Caruth, who drives the No. 24 Chevrolet during the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season.
Join us in supporting the Wendell Scott Foundation's noble cause and help foster the future success of young people nationwide!
