The Open Shelter, Inc.

We provide CRUCIAL NEEDS to help the homeless and marginally housed in Central Ohio SURVIVE. Food, clothing, hygiene products & outdoor equipment is provided. We also take the next steps to help those we serve head towards stability.

The Open Shelter provides, directly or by referral, emergency shelter and assistance for homeless and marginally housed persons in Central Ohio, especially the most vulnerable among them; and to provide directly or by referral, coordinated, supportive services, and transitional and/or permanent housing, enabling homeless and marginally housed persons to achieve maximum participation in the community.

The Open Shelter, Inc. is a Charity participating in the NASCAR Day Giveathon 2023 a Giving Day event, presented by The NASCAR Foundation.
