Pet Care Coalition

Pet Care Coalition is a low cost veterinary clinic that collaborates with foster programs, businesses, and other professionals to make sure every animal has equal opportunity and availability to the veterinary care they need to live their best lives.

We believe no pet owner should have to decide between bills/rent and veterinary care and we prioritize providing care to disadvantaged communities, veterans, rescue animals, seniors, those on low or fixed income, and others who historically have not had access to veterinary services. Keeping pets and owners together for as long as possible is good for mental health and improves people’s living circumstances. Our goal is for all cats and dogs to have access to quality health care, improving not just their lives, but the families’ homes in which they live. 

Dr. Forster is a certified Fear Free practitioner and goes out of her way to do what is best for her clients.

At Pet Care Coalition, Inc., our mission is to support the human-animal bond. Our goal is to do this by providing high-quality, compassionate, low-cost veterinary care to underprivileged pets by strengthening community-based partnerships, recruiting volunteers, and building animal care collaborations.
