Conserve, Educate, and Protect birds of prey and their natural habitats in East Tennessee
Since 1985 American Eagle Foundation has been working with birds of prey to secure a future for bald eagles and other species. We have released over 400 eagles within the state and have seen success in their wild counterparts continuing to thrive. While we love to see their release, some are not suited to return to the wild. These become our educational ambassadors and travel around the country or display natural behaviors in their home aviairies to inspire others to care about these beautiful and majestic birds. We have over 80 in our care and release an average of 40% of the patients that arrive through our rehabilitation efforts.
Through a deeply passionate commitment to conservation and educational outreach, American Eagle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is dedicated to inspiring the global community to guard and protect the Bald Eagle and all birds of prey.
American Eagle Foundation is a Charity participating in the NASCAR Day Giveathon 2025 a Giving Day event, presented by The NASCAR Foundation.
