Saint John Lutheran Church and School

St. John Lutheran Church and School is a small rural community which has a rich history of Lutheran Education. Both the church and the school began in 1855 by a group of German immigrants. In 1901 faith in action was demonstrated when the the new church building was erected, which still stands today. In 1948 a new school building was started and dedicated in October of 1949. Several additions have been made to the church and school buildings since then. St. John Lutheran School has a strong tradition of producing high school validictorians at which ever schools our graduates attend. We wish to continue with our legacy of preaching God's Word in truth and educating His children for their future.

St. John Evangelical Lutheran School is to serve as an extension of our church to teach children the Word of God, instill discipleship, develop God-given talents, prepare for Christian citizenship, and proclaim the Gospel message.

Saint John Lutheran Church and School is a Charity participating in the NASCAR Day Giveathon 2024 a Giving Day event, presented by The NASCAR Foundation.
