Rescue

1. To provide rescue, protection, shelter, compassion, foster care, rehabilitation, veterinarian medical care and adoption to rescued animals in danger of being euthanized at area shelters/pounds, homeless and neglected animals, or owner surrendered animals;
2. To rescue animals from situations that are abusive, endangering or neglectful;
3. To transfer these animals to organizations, that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, who will be responsible for the care and obligation of placing rescued animals into forever homes;
4. To place rescued animals into forever homes;

Educational

1. To assist owners willing to keep their dogs, by finding new homes for their dogs through the Corporation’s Owner Surrender Program, as an alternative to placing their dog in a public shelter or animal control facility;
2. To educate and promote the importance of spaying/neutering companion animals
