Hope Of Mooresville Inc

Hope of Mooresville(HOMe) is the first and only shelter locates in Mooresville, NC. HOMe provides temporary shelter and restorative support services to local, unhoused women and children.

According to the Mooresville school district, there are 100 children identified as homeless. The population most affected by poverty in our area are women ages 25-34. The average wait for an income-based apartment to become available in Mooresville is 6-8 months.

Since opening our doors in late 2017, HOMe has provided over 13,000 nights of shelter. Our goal is to place every family under our care into safe, permanent housing.

In April 2024, HOMe celebrated the opening of our second, South Campus location which will allow us to double our impact on our unhoused neighbors in Mooresville.
