Founded by educators, Foundational Literacy aims to equip children in White County, GA, with the necessary tools and support during their formative years and beyond, enabling them to develop essential reading skills for success in all areas of life. We provide the funds to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in White County, GA. The Imagination Library is a free book gifting program that mails a high-quality book each month to children from birth to age five, no matter a family’s income.

Our mission is to provide the tools, encouragement, and opportunities to develop a life-long excitement and love of reading.
